preparation:
Fry the finely chopped onion, when it is golden add the garlic cloves crushed and soon the flesh.
Mix well by frying, aggingere the tomato paste and after a few minutes pour over the white wine, let the wine evaporate for a few minutes, at the end add the chopped tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
The sauce will be ready after about 1 hour of cooking.

Cook the fresh noodles in salted water, drain and toss in the pan with the sauce.
Arrange the pasta on plates, pour over another tablespoon of sauce, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.

ingredients for about 10 portions of sauce:
– 500 gr. venison minced
– 2 medium onions
– 2 cloves garlic
– 2 tablespoons tomato paste
– 1 tin of chopped tomatoes
– White wine
– Oil
– Salt and pepper
Noodles Ingredients for 6 people:
– 500 gr. of noodles
– A knob of butter
– Grated Parmesan
